Exeter defender and first-team coach Rob Edwards has praised the recent performances of striker Richard Logan. Logan, 28, scored both goals in the 2-1 home win over Carlisle on Saturday taking his tally for the season to six. Edwards - who made only his third start of the season against the Cumbrians - told the Western Morning News: "Logie has always been a talented goalscorer. "When we were in the Conference I was amazed that a player of his ability was at that level. "The likes of Logie and Ryan Harley are doing well in front of goal at the moment so we know if we keep it tight at the back they are likely to nick one. "I will be keen to play and if I'm picked I will do my best, but if not then I will carry out my duties as first team coach. It is far easier for me to come into the team as and when than it would be for me to play every game."
