Exeter V Bristol Rovers at St James Park - Match Preview

No problems for Tisdale

Exeter boss Paul Tisdale has a fully-fit squad to pick from for the clash with Bristol Rovers.

Tisdale could hand Swedish defender Doug Bergqvist, a summer signing from Aldershot, his first start for the club.

Meanwhile, former St Mirren attacker Sam Parkin is also in contention to make his debut.

Forward Alan Gow is available for selection after recovering from the ear infection that forced him to miss the latter stages of the Grecians' pre-season programme.

Bristol Rovers manager John Ward is confident striker Matt Harrold will be fit.

The former Wycombe forward was taken off during Sunday's pre-season friendly against Reading with a groin complaint but is expected to recover in time to feature.

Midfielder John-Joe O'Toole, who spent much of last season on loan with the Pirates, is in contention to make his first start for the club since joining them on a permanent basis from Colchester.

Garry Kenneth, Fabian Broghammer, Seanan Clucas, Jim Paterson and Danny Woodards remain sidelined, while long-term injury concern Matt Gill is rated as doubtful.
