Yeovil could hand starts to striker Jonathan Obika and midfielder Shaun MacDonald, who both joined the club on loan this week.
Midfielder Paul Wotton could also return from a hamstring injury, but defender Luke Ayling is suspended.
Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon: "They've got a lot to play for and we've got a lot to play for potentially. But we have to keep winning games in order to get that opportunity.
"A possible opportunity will only come about with those above us faltering, but we can only win the games we've got in front of us.
"Who knows where it will take us, we've got 10 games to go, which is a lot of football to be played."
Yeovil Town manager Terry Skiverton told BBC Somerset: "They just can't seem to bridge that gap between the top half of the table and the play-offs but Paul (Tidsdale) has done a fantastic job down there.
"I'm probably a season or two behind him in the pecking order in terms of trying to build my own squad.
"If you let them dictate the tempo they can cause you problems and if you sit off them then there's no doubt they'll win the game."
