Exeter could be without midfielder David Noble, who is the latest victim of the sickness bug which has swept the club recently.
Striker John O'Flynn and defender Billy Jones have recovered from injury and should be included.
Huddersfield Town manager Lee Clark told BBC Radio Leeds: "They (Exeter) are doing fantastically well. They're improving all the time and they're a threat, so we need to treat them that way.
"We have to get back to our level of performance over a game period, and if we do that we should be OK.
"We've got a 30-game season now. I've got to concentrate the players' minds on 30 games and get us in that run of two points per game. If we do that, we'll have one of the top two slots."
