Exeter boss Paul Tisdale is hopeful Paul Jones will be fully fit and raring to go for the new npower League One season. The goalkeeper recently went under the knife in a bid to cure a long-term knee problem. "The operation went well and Paul Jones is back in training already," Tisdale told the Express & Echo. "He has been doing extra sessions to ensure he is ready for the season. "He was struggling all last year having picked up the injury right at the start of the season. He played the last three or four months in a lot of pain and he couldn't train flat out. "He has had a small operation just to clean up what was aggravating him and now he is right as rain. We are going to see a fully-fit Paul Jones for the first time in over a year."
