Exeter's veteran goalkeeper Andy Marriott is enjoying a new lease of life back in the first team. Former Wrexham and Wales shot-stopper Marriott, 39, was recalled in place of Paul Jones for City's 1-1 draw at promotion-chasing MK Dons and kept his place for last week's 1-1 home draw with Southampton. Marriott said: "It's good to be back in the team. I wasn't aware I was going to be playing until the day of the Milton Keynes game. It was a surprise. "You have always got to be prepared whether you think you are a mile away from the team or not. I was more than happy to get the opportunity."
