MK Dons will be without suspended Jude Stirling, while fellow defender Mat Doumbe (groin) is a doubt, so Darren Powell could make a rare start.Strikers Jermaine Easter and Sam Baldock will be hoping to return to the starting line-up, but defender Sean O'Hanlon (knee) is still sidelined.
Exeter are waiting on the fitness of veteran defender Rob Edwards, who has missed two games with a facial injury.
If he is not fit, City only have one centre-back, captain Matt Taylor.
Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon:
"I'm generally very happy with the way we're doing things so you can throw the baby out with the bathwater sometimes, but I tend not too.
"If players learn lessons through disappointment and tough times then surely you should use them again when they've learnt the lessons not get rid of them.
"We know what's coming, they're a pretty offensive team but we scored three goals there in the FA Cup so why not again."
