The match, which will kick off at 3pm due to being on a Bank Holiday, will be between a select XI from Exeter and Yeovil with former team-mates of Stansfield, current first-team players and a number of special guests taking part.
Premier League referee Mark Halsey will officiate the game and will be assisted by World Cup assistant referee Mark Mullarky and local referee Andy Turner.
Testimonial committee spokesman Andy Cole said: "We would like to thank all at Exeter City Football Club for hosting this very special testimonial.
"The proceeds from the game will go to the Adam Stansfield Family Fund and I know that this will be a very special but emotional day."
Julian Tagg, the club's vice chairman, added: "This match is an opportunity for everyone associated with the club to celebrate and remember Adam's life as the great ambassador to this club that he was."
