Exeter could recall fit-again striker Barry Corr, after he came on as a substitute in the 0-0 draw with Leyton Orient following a groin injury.
But they might be without defender Rob Edwards who has a hamstring problem.
Swindon Town manager Danny Wilson told BBC Wiltshire: "We want to get as much support as we possibly can. There's only a few home games left and, if we are successful, I wouldn't want people to think that they weren't part of it.
"They [the fans] can help us greatly. We're in a situation now where everything is tight - there will still be lots of twists and turns.
"It will be a tough task for us but we do feel we have enough at home to really make it difficult for Exeter."
