The Grecians have enjoyed an excellent npower League One campaign and are just five points off the play-offs, but a number of their players have been linked with moves away from St James Park in the summer.
Influential midfielder Ryan Harley is already leaving for Swansea at the end of this season but Tisdale is hopeful it will be the only departure as he looks to push on next season.
He told thisisexeter.co.uk: "We are aiming to make two or three signings in the summer and keep the rest of the squad together. We are losing Ryan at the end of the season and I don't want to lose anybody else in the summer if I can help it.
"I have had more agents phoning, saying they would actually like their player to come to us. The conversation is not about how much money have we got, it is genuine interest in their player coming to the club. And for the first time we have had players phoning us to see if there is an opportunity that they can come and play for us.
"I think players can see the progress that we are making, that we play good football and that we have not only proved ourselves in League One, but we are edging our way up. People who thought that maybe we were going to fall out of the league can now see that we are getting stronger. I think it is fair to say that we are going to be an even stronger unit next year and who knows where that will lead to."
