Exeter defender Matt Taylor (back) and striker John O'Flynn (leg) will both miss out.
Strikers Marcus Stewart and Daniel Nardiello are both fit again and should be named on the bench.
Yeovil Town boss Terry Skiverton told BBC Somerset: "It's a totally different game for us but one thing we do have to do is show more bravery on the ball, especially getting out from the back.
"The first-half performance against Huddersfield was probably the best under me and we'll take that into the next game.
"Exeter have got some good players and real danger men but so have we and we'll be going for three points."
Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon: "There's no reason why we can't be very positive and optimistic about the game but we need to be at the same kind of level we have been in previous games.
"Yeovil will want to win the game as much as we do. They're professional players and professional coaches and they'll be doing everything they can to enhance their careers as much as we are.
"Both clubs will acknowledge the fact of Adam's [Stansfield] passing and will do the right thing and again it's an opportunity to be respectful."
