Jordan Bowery nets double as Oxford heap pressure on Exeter boss Paul TisdaleExeter manager Paul Tisdale faced calls to resign from disgruntled supporters as his 500th match in charge of the Grecians ended in a dismal 4-1 defeat to promotion-chasing Oxford.Despite a promising start, Exeter found themselves trailing after eight minutes when a short corner was delivered into the box and Cheyenne Dunkley was unmarked to head his first goal for the club.If it was not for Exeter goalkeeper Bobby Olejnik, the half-time score could have been a lot worse for the hosts, who fell further behind when an incisive break ended with Jordan Bowery slipping the ball under Olejnik from 12 yards.Exeter's Jordan Tillson was lucky to escape only a yellow card when, as the last man, he brought down Chris Maguire, who was denied a clear goalscoring opportunity on the stroke of half-time.Bowery added his second on the hour with a header on 59 minutes and Exeter were undone by another set-piece three minutes later when Alex MacDonald was left unmarked to head the fourth.Alex Nicholls pulled one back for Exeter on 78 minutes with a wonderful strike from 20 yards after a one-two with David Wheeler, but it was nothing more than consolation for the woeful Grecians
